Mechanical lifting and pulling screw jacks

Mechanical lifting and pulling screw jacks are used in industrial plants, ships, and machinery assembly for lifting heavy loads and assembling large structures by pulling. Unlike travelling nut screw jacks and   translating screw jacks, mechanical screw jacks are engineered as an alternative to hydraulic screw jacks  and can work horizontally and vertically.

Pulling screw jacks are used for converging and immobilising parts to be welded or bolted during the assembly of high-tonnage steel construction structures.
